This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, mobile number, email address, city, the topic you are interested in and any message you write. For the partner form this also includes your profession and experience.
- Calculator details, only when you ask for a call back: the calculator you used and the figures you entered, so that our team can speak to you with context. Figures you type into a calculator without requesting a call back stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Technical information: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address and your browser type, used only to stop spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.
Why we use it
- To call, message or email you about your enquiry and to answer your questions.
- To set up an appointment, review your needs or process your application to become a partner.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to a mutual fund distributor and financial services firm.
We use your information for these purposes only, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen by our own team. We use trusted service providers to run the website, store enquiries securely and send us email alerts; they handle the data only on our instructions. If you later choose to invest, take a loan or buy insurance through us, we share the details needed with the relevant fund house, lender, insurer or registrar so that your request can be processed. We may also disclose information when the law or a regulator requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it, and for any period the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable time.
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Only the director of the company can open them, and that access needs a password plus a second verification step. The website is served over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and why.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
- Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to contact@dhanishi.com from the email address or mention the mobile number you used with us. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law allows.
Cookies and analytics
The website works without tracking cookies. If we switch on website analytics or advertising measurement in future (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.
